She is a modern, chic, boutique mobile cart based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in the heart of Portland, Oregon. Sugar Cloud Cart is the perfect addition for your event, indoor or outdoor. The light & balloon bar can be easily decorated based on your event, day or night.

FAQ
Q: What do you need to get the cart set up for my event?
A: We just need an 8x8 space to work comfortably, and an electrical outlet to plug into for the machine. We will bring our own extension cord up to 20 feet. We can also bring our own battery pack for an additional fee for events without electrical access.
Q: How long does it take for you to set-up?
A: Usually about 15 minutes, if the location of the event is easily accessible. We will arrive before your desired spinning time and stay after for clean-up.
Q: Where do you buy the floss, sugar used for the cotton candy?
A: Our floss is one of a kind, because we mix the sugar in-house! Using all organic sugar, we mix the floss with the highest quality form of flavoring oil and powder coloring. The result is producing cotton candy that tastes very different from the ones that you are used to!
Q: Can you package the cotton candy so my guests can take them to go, or be used as party favors?
A: Yes! Because we do not use any perservties (yay!) in our sugar, our cotton candy for to-go is best to be consumed within 24 hours.
Q: How do we book you?
A: Please feel out the inquiry form above, and we will get back to you! Once availability is confirmed, we will send over a contract/invoice, and payments can be made via credit card, debit card, cash, check, or Venmo.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We understand that life happens, contact us directly to reschedule or refund (minus processing fee) for cancellations up to 24 hours before the event. Cancellation for day-of events are non-refundable.
